At Faultline Artspace, we take pride in offering unique and high-quality artwork while supporting the artists we work with. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.
Original Artwork & Featured Art Show Pieces
All original artwork and pieces purchased from our featured art shows are final sale and not eligible for return. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, purchasing it removes the opportunity for other collectors to acquire it. Additionally, we pay artists promptly—before the artwork is shipped—so returns are not possible.
Screen Prints
We accept returns on most prints within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, prints must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
For eligible returns, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
