Studio 5 is our only 200+ square foot space, it has an extra 10 foot display wall outside of the space. The ceilings are 19 feet and one 26 foot wall goes all the way up, the other walls are 8 ft. Studio 5 is tucked away with a few other art studios behind our main art gallery and behind the panel room. The 10 foot windows face north and get some early morning direct light as the sun rises over the Oakland Hills and then gets a steady bright light that is very consistent throughout the rest of the day with an calming orange hue at sunset. Great for painters and color theorists alike. The main common area and common tables are just a few feet away, and the bathroom, kitchen, and wash out area for brushes is close by as well.
