Art Studio 4 - Monthly rental in East Oakland

Studio 4 is one of our bigger art studio rentals and has lots of useable wall space. The space is approximately 10x26 feet. A previous artist installed the storage loft and beams to hang lighting on, these could be removed (by us) to increase the usable wall space for larger scale paintings and artwork. The ceilings are 19 feet and one 26 foot wall goes all the way up, the other walls are 8 ft. Studio 4 is tucked away with a few other art studios behind our main art gallery and behind the panel room. Extra electrical outlets have also been installed. The 10 foot windows face north and get some early morning direct light as the sun rises over the Oakland Hills and then gets a steady bright light that is very consistent throughout the rest of the day and is great for painters and color theorists. The main common area and common tables are just a few feet away, and the bathroom, kitchen, and wash out area for brushes is close by as well. Light use of the wood shop is included, heavy use of the wood shop would include a separate agreement and possible use fee.
